3. Parts Sales and Purchases

All parts and products listed on the Site are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Auto Gator reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Parts Warranty policy. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify part compatibility before purchase.

4. Vehicle Sales — Repairable and Salvage

Vehicles listed as repairable or salvage are sold as-is with a salvage title unless otherwise stated. Auto Gator makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the condition, roadworthiness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any vehicle sold. Buyer assumes all risk upon purchase. All applicable state and federal regulations regarding salvage vehicle titling and registration are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. We Buy Cars — Vehicle Acquisition

Offers made through our "We Buy Cars" program are estimates only and are subject to in-person inspection and verification. Auto Gator reserves the right to revise or withdraw any offer at any time prior to completing a purchase agreement. Sellers must have clear title and legal authority to sell the vehicle. Auto Gator is not responsible for any liens, encumbrances, or third-party claims on vehicles submitted for sale.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Auto Gator, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us related to your inquiries, orders, or service requests. Message frequency varies based on your communication with us. Message & data rates may apply.

  • Auto Gator does not send unsolicited promotional or marketing text messages.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
